Information for Exhibitors

Thank you for joining the 2012  Spring National Bridal Show.   For your ease and convenience we’ve posted the exhibitor informatioexhibitor manual and forms on our website.

Most importantly, ALL mandatory forms must be returned by the deadline dates provided. Information on where and how to return these forms is listed on each page.

With regards to Exhibitor Badges, 6 badges will automatically be created for each exhibitor under the company/brand name requested. The Badge entry form must be completed for security purposes to have a record of staff working the show.

Please read all outside supplier forms very carefully. Each supplier has specific deadlines in place for you to meet and many have early booking specials to take advantage of.  Make sure you send these forms directly to the suppliers involved at the fax numbers indicated.
